June 2011 meeting minutes read by Donna Ditch. No discussion. Janet Jenkins motioned to accept minutes, Terri Fahoum seconded.
Financial report given by Kathy Kindall;
- PTP checks make payable to Cloverleaf Local Schools
- PTP fee is $250; $50 of which is being paid the CMA this year; $200 due from the student/families by 8/1.
- Rally in the Alley check is needed for Friday
- Dave Robbins motioned to accept the financial report, Janet Jenkins seconded.

Upcoming dates:
- Corn festival parade; be at the John Deere site at 5:30pm on Thursday
- Rally in the Alley; be there at 5:30pm Friday 7/15; Barb making calls tonight
- Fair set up; 7/30; be at the high school by 9:00am
- Peanut Packing; 7/29 6:30pm – 9:00pm
- Rehearsal; 7/29 6:30pm – 9:00pm
- Call Dennita Kindall at 330-948-xxxx, Kathy Kindall, or Christine Haslem at 330-722-xxxx to volunteer for the fair.
- Kent Davis- Cavalcade meeting to be determined; 2 bands so far; looking at getting a college band to perform
- Cavalcade; 6pm start
Mr. Winter Updates:
- Needs burlap donation for the office
- Needs donations of shelving for the trophy cases
- Lauren Walkley is the Guard instructor
- Tim Morton will be writing the drill for the colorguard
- Drill instructor is writing the show
- Percussion instructor finalist will work with the kids first before final decision is made
- Thank you Pride Day volunteers!
Fundraisers:
- Tent Rentals; Need help on 7/15 at 5:30pm – Sharon, Kent volunteered; Need volunteers for tent set up committee; Please see Joe Fetzer to volunteer
- PTP fundraisers- Meeting to brainstorm ideas is needed
- Information coming out for GMC raffle which we are participating in; Raffle runs from Sept – May; Athletic boosters and CMA will sell tickets at $20 each; we keep all the profit; winner gets the GMC but will need to pay taxes on it; Sponsored by Premier GMC; more info to come; Voted on splitting the profits 50/50 with Athletics.
- Macy’s shopping pass; $5 for 20% shopping discount on 8/27; ordered 200 passes; Motion made to add the $5 for each card sold to the students trip account to be used towards trips, their PTP expense, or other band related expense. Lisa motioned to accept; Christie Koehl seconded.
- Bingo fundraiser- presentation given by Terri Fahoum; provided information on what it will take to run a bingo program at Cloverleaf. More info can be found at ohioattorneygeneral.gov/bingo. All in favor of pursuing this, no opposed.
