Where your donations go
Every dollar raised directly benefits the Cloverleaf Local Schools music programs, covering essential assets that district budgets cannot.
1. Funding Assets
We proudly fund essential assets utilized by the music departments and offer financial support for specific music-related projects, ensuring that our students have access to the resources they need to thrive.
2. Staff Support
We supplement the support staff, including accompanists, guard and percussion instructors, enabling our educators to focus on providing the best musical education to our students.
3. Purchasing Necessary Supplies
We facilitate the purchase of music, uniforms, clothing (such as concert ties and swing choir dresses), as well as emergency and first aid supplies, creating a well-equipped environment for our music students.
4. Instrument and Equipment Maintenance
We are committed to maintaining school instruments and equipment, as well as providing essential resources like props and vehicles for the transportation of equipment (including the truck, trailer, golf cart, utility carts, etc.).
5. Covering Fees
We cover fees associated with Solo & Ensemble and OMEA, fund visiting speakers or performers, and support field trips, ensuring that our students have opportunities to expand their musical horizons.

The CMA stays busy nearly year-round — preparing food for summer practices, supporting marching band season, and running concessions at winter basketball games — and none of it happens without our volunteers.
Our music students become like family through the hours they spend together. Volunteering lets parents be part of that same story: setting up, serving food, and working events alongside other parents builds your own community right next to your kids.
