• Basketball/Wrestling concession schedule is not available, confirmation needed for “No Food/Drink” in gym.  

• Discussion on basket auction to be moved to spring season and location moved to school

• Water – Where are the indoor faucets to fill jugs? Looking for direction. 

• Choir asking for $1400 for uniforms (Percy, Hall) majority 

• Favalon asking for approximately $3150 for polos new students, discussion on other shirt materials to lower cost – will vote next month 

• Marching Band prop materials = $700, hoping to get $500 covered by sponsor vote to (Percy, Smith) unanimous 

• Discussion on Hometown Ticketing – Need better understanding on how CMA receives money, how to broadcast to parents the actual fee, who has paid? 

• Smiths to ask for $840 to cover culinary costs for year for students and volunteers, details provided in handout (S. Smith, Josh Sadzewicz) unanimous
