Old Business 

Space rented - Can we sell there and in the grandstand? 

Sell in grandstand vs working the gates 

Looking for different options, April has questions in with the fair director (waiting on their responses) 

Memory Pillows and tote bags from old uniforms, vote on price to $75 (1st Percy, 2nd G. Hall) unanimous 

Winter to organize trophy take down, clean and store with help of students, (CMA not involved) 

Volunteer Dinner date is still 4/26, Percy to get updates on details soon
