Music Director Report:

• Winter thanked for a good Memorial parade
• 4th of July Parade discussion 
• Winter registered for Fall competitions
• Winter to discuss/get informed of Calvacade competition (spaces available)
• Eagle Scout made storage shed to be taken down
• Band Camp to be held at Rec Center
• District now owns Booster raised purchases….

Fundraisers:

• Basket Raffle – Church booked for 11/09/24

• Basket Raffle committee needed

• Medina Country Fair permits are in process

• Miller Brother’s Grocery Rib Cookout scheduled for 08/17/24

Old Business

• CMA has been granted 9k from Sen. Sherrod Brown !

New Business

• Moved CMA stock items to storage unit until new build is ready

• Clarification of ownership of CMA Booster purchases needed

• New Cash Box needed

• Band Colt needs sandblasted for new building
