Music Director Report:

• Winter thanked for a good 4th of July parade
• Band Camp has started, held at Rec Center
• Band Equipment being stored at Rec Center
• Fall show revealed, Lighthouse prop needed-looking for volunteers to build
• Discussion on pay raise for non-contract employees. Asking for more details before voting

Fundraisers:

• Fair sign-ups are available

• 8/17 Rib Cookoff (Miller Bros. will assist)

• 8/17 Car Wash in Miller Bros. parking lot (hoses needed)

• Cookie Dough/Sausage/Cheese fundraiser in Sept.

Old Business:

• New Cash Box needed (safe is accessible for payments)

• Band Colt needs sandblasted

• Clarification of ownership of CMA Booster purchases needed

New Business

• Shed has been sold, CMA to receive payment?

• Discussion on Cut-Time (not user friendly), using Sign-up genius as well

• Discussion on background checks for volunteers 

• Favalon to propose private lessons next meeting

• Winter to propose new budget next meeting
